So, whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to the game, join us and blaze a path to health and fitness with ABS™ Aqua Cycling! The online training consists of theoretical components, training video modules, a written test, and a practical evaluation. You will have a period of six (6) weeks from the purchase of the online course to complete the written test and submit your video for evaluation. No aqua bike is needed for this training. Videos can be done using a land spin bike. This training portal is an excellent option for students that like to learn at their own pace. Earn 8 CECs from AEA upon completion
